L. Plummer Media is based in Los Angeles and is a full service production company. We are guided by our mission to generate programming that entertains, uplifts, and enhances the culture.
Company Founder and CEO
Because his parents owned and operated three TV stations, Lemuel O. Plummer grew up surrounded by television production. He gained his first valuable experience as a producer, director, and editor on the nationally syndicated music video program, Impulse.
After graduating from Full Sail University Film School, Lemuel went to work at ABC, gaining his first network credit on the Emmy Award Winning series, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
Less than two years later, he had acquired a first-look deal with BET Networks, where he created and executive produced the documentary series, Vindicated (hosted by Morris Chestnut and premiering December, 2012).
He has also produced WeTV’s hit show, Mary, Mary, and is the executive producer of BET’s The Sheards.
He is currently in various stages of production on a number of non-scripted programs and film projects for both network and cable broadcast.

Johnathan Rodgers, the retired president and CEO of TV One, former president of Discovery Networks and the CBS Television Stations Group, serves on the Board of Directors of the Procter & Gamble Company, Nike, and the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA). A trustee of the University of California (Berkeley) Foundation, he has been named to Ebony Magazine’s Power 150 and was recognized as “The Visionary” in Essence magazine’s 2008 Black Hollywood Celebration of Excellence. In 2009, he was named to the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame.
Vice President of Development
Paul Crehan has written and produced programming for all four broadcast networks, as well as for cable networks like Bravo, A&E, History, and Discovery.
He has written and/or produced dramatic, comedic, educational, historic, biographical, and documentary programming for such diverse shows as America’s Funniest Home Videos, Unsolved Mysteries, David L. Wolper’s Celebrate the Century, Mark Burnett’s Recovery, History Channel’s The Most, A&E’s Biography, and TLC’s Untold Stories of the ER, among many, many others.
Manager of Development
At eighteen, Sean Matthews became the youngest employee Deluxe Entertainment Group had ever hired when Account Manager Sergio Molina took a chance on his talent and offered him a position. Gaining invaluable experience in film processing, digital services, and distribution, Sean also learned to cut both film and video, and within months, had joined the Motion Picture Editors Guild.
In 2012, Sean decided to leave DEG after his work caught the eye of Executive Producer Lemuel Plummer, who asked him to join his new company, L. Plummer Media. Named as the company’s Manager of Development, Sean is currently developing a number of non-scripted docu-series, as well as several scripted format shows.

Harold R. Lewis CEO HRL Group, LLC
HRL Group, LLC has built and owned 20 McDonald’s Restaurants over the past 24 years and currently owns ten McDonald’s Franchises in Las Vegas after downsizing in 2004 and moving from San Diego to Las Vegas.
Harold possesses a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise in the field of business management. Married for 36 years and business partners for 30 years, Harold and his wife Tina have managed to successfully organize and administer their businesses while raising a 33-year-old son, Jeremy (a second generation McDonald’s Franchisee), and 23 year old twins, Jonathan and Jennifer.
As community leaders, the Lewises have contributed numerous hours and resources to a variety of community organizations and causes. The McDonald’s Corporation recognized their contributions by bestowing upon them the distinguished “Ronald Award,” which honors operators for outstanding service to their community.
Since opening their first restaurant in 1987, the Lewises have been the Recipients of the McDonald’s Outstanding Store Award, one of the company’s highest honors, in recognition of their excellence in store operations. Their stores additionally rank among the top in profitability and provide employment opportunities to thousands of individuals.
In 1993, the Lewises founded a scholarship foundation that awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors. To date, the AVAIL (African American Visionary and Inspirational Leaders) Scholarship Program has awarded more than $550,000.00 to graduating high school seniors in San Diego County. The Lewises also award scholarships money through the Trumpet foundation in Atlanta, Georgia.
